This is my First Skylander Character Review, if I mess something up, feel free to let me know in the Comments.
Warnado's art
Warnado's a pretty good defense based Skylander, with having a maximum HP of 620, and he's a pretty cool Skylander too.

Speed: 35
Armor: 30
Critical Hit: 10
Elemental Power: 25
Like I said, he has a maximum HP of 620, plus the fact his primary attack involves spinning, which means he can dodge enemies attacks very nicely, plus if he does get hit, he has a Soul Gem upgrade which grants him 40+ Armor, meaning that he is very hard to hit. The sad thing is, he is very slow (But his Spinning attack remedies how slow he is), and he has pretty much non-existent Critical Hit, and all the Critical Hit boost you get from Heroic Challenges only gives him a whopping 30 Critical Hit, and some Heroic Challenges are hard for him too, like Cynder's in the Wii Version (They were jerks with it, when you get to the last Amber jewel thing, they throw unlimited spawing Rotting Robbies at you, meaning that it is impossible for some Skylanders to finish that challenge, only in the Wii Version).
Attacks[]
He's not really a Skylander you can rely on his Critical Hit to take care of enemies faster, but he does have very strong attacks, if you Choose his Eye of the Storm path, he can do some serious damage, with his Turtle Slam attack, he can be a Skylander that you can rely on to do massive damage, plus his Flying Mini Warnado's give him more support on his Flying Tornado upgrade, whereas before, the only thing he could do with that attack was use his Summon Tornado attack, but with that upgrade, he can actually use the primary Attack Button! And his Turtle Slam, when you haven't released your Flying Mini Warnado's at enemies yet, if you use the Turtle Slam, if they hit a enemy, they will do extra Damage along with the whopping 35 Damage that it already does.

He's a good Defense based Skylander, great HP, he can dodge enemies attacks very easily, and he has a Upgrade which makes him even more harder to hit, plus good attacking Power too.
